General terms and conditions

§ 1 Right of revocation of the purchaser

The customer may cancel an order for the goods offered in writing within 7 calendar days of receipt of the delivery. Timely dispatch is sufficient to comply with the revocation period.
Custom-made products are excluded from the right of withdrawal. For errors in the masses caused by us, we assume the modification and shipping costs.
When measuring, please make sure to send us the mass as described in an email to you.

§ 2 Scope of application

These conditions of sale and delivery apply exclusively. Terms and conditions of the customer deviating from our terms and conditions of sale and delivery shall not be valid.

§ 3 Conclusion of the contract

The contract is concluded by written, verbal or electronically transmitted order of the goods offered by us. The customer's right of revocation according to §1 remains unaffected. A written or electronic confirmation by us is not required.

§ 4 Delivery

The goods ordered by the customer are delivered by us with a parcel service or the post office. Deviating delivery possibilities can be agreed upon between us and the customer.

§ 5 Payment

Payment is made by the payment method selected by the customer in the shop. Other payment methods can be agreed between us and the customer, but require our written confirmation. Payments are to be made within 14 days without deduction.

§ 6 Prices

Unless otherwise stated, our prices do not include VAT as we are based in Peru.
Deviating prices require our written confirmation.
Please inquire about customs of your respective country, customs costs are not included in the selling price.
The shipping costs are fully included in the final price and there will be no additional costs for packaging etc..

§ 7 Deviation of the execution of the product

For technical reasons of the presentation of our offer it can come to the fact that the supplied commodity deviates from the representation. We therefore reserve the right to minor deviations in the design, dimensions, weight or colouring of the delivered goods.

§ 8 Warranty

If there is a defect for which we are responsible, we shall be entitled to remedy the defect or make a replacement delivery. If the removal of the defect fails within a reasonable period, you are entitled to withdraw from the contract or to demand a reduction of the purchase price. The customer must inform us immediately in writing of any attachments or other interventions by third parties during the existence of the retention of title. Any further claims of the customer, in particular claims for damages including loss of profit or other financial losses of the customer are excluded.

§ 9 Reservation of title

We reserve title to the ordered goods until receipt of payments under the contract. The customer undertakes to use delivered goods with special care during the existence of the retention of title.

§ 10 Place of performance

The place of performance shall be our registered office.

§ 11 Right of revocation

Every customer has a 7 day right of withdrawal. However, this only applies if the goods are unused and in their original packaging and condition. For audio and video media, i.e. MC´s, CD´s, video cassettes and DVD´s, the seal must not be opened. For the right of withdrawal it is sufficient to return the goods to us. The return must be franked sufficiently. We do not accept parcels returned to us freight collect.
